My name is Penny Bergstrom. I am the facility manager at Pound 4 Pound Fitness. Pound 4 Pound Fitness is a 24/7 fitness facility offering open gym memberships, group fitness classes, personal training, and nutrition counseling.
Along with managing the facility, I work with clients one on one and in small group settings. My goal is to help people over 40 maintain a fitness level that allows them to continue to lead an active lifestyle as they age. My specialties include corrective exercise, flexibility and balance training, weight loss, senior fitness and strength training for people over 40.
It’s not about perfect. It’s about effort. When you implement effort into your life, EVERY SINGLE DAY, that’s when transformation happens. Most obstacles melt away when we make up our mind to walk through them.
